Aspirin overdose help?

Okay im sittin here with my friend right now hes unconcious he been laying here all morning hes been acting weird i just found out he overdosed on aspirin but not sure on how much he took help? He just threw up blood and he doent look so good can i help him in any way whats gonna happen??
