I have a burnt CD with like 50 mp3 songs and like 2 wma songs. how can i import this CD to my iTunes library?

When I insert the CD into my pc it doesnt even show up in iTunes. I have no clue realy when it comes to this. The CD itself reads this on the cover: "Verbatim" data life plus CD-R. HELP!!!!
