Framing and hiring out estimate?

My husband and I just bought a house with an unfinished basement. I am great at hanging and taping drywall ( I guess I just have the patience for it) But I am stumped when it comes to framing for the reason our electrical feed runs along the wall (something I have no clue on how to even touch) so with this being in my way I have thought of just hiring someone to do the framing and only the framing. But before I do I am looking for a rough estimate to frame a room that is 15ft by 11ft.
