I need the name to some songs......?

I need the names of these songs. I only heard them on some commercials. I want the song from the Gears of War commercials. We all know the one I'm talking about. You know, the mellow one that's playing while he's getting eaten by that spider thing. The next one is the one from that Geico commercial. The one where the caveman is walking on the treadmill thing and he sees that poster. The kinda upbeat sounding song. If ya'll could help me out, that'd be great.
