What is worse: Racist people or people who obsess over racism?

You have to change yourself before you change others. Martin Luther King, Gandhi, Jesus all led by example, not by preaching. Talking about change is nice, but it isn't nearly as effective as being the change you want to see. That is something I admit I still need to learn. I like this question!
