I have little red dots above my lip doest hurt or itch?

i started wearing make up like powder but my mom used before me so i put the powder all over my face even above my lip i started using for two days even slept with it the third day i notice my friend had them but in brown like freckles kinda the same place to so i checked if i had them and i did but there red like red little freckles tiny and small who ever reding this help tell me what you think it is thank you cuz iidk wtf iz it lmaoo!!
