Blackberry Messenger Pword help!!?

My auntie used to use the BB messenger on my phone and had a pword on it so i couldn't talk to her friends. My auntie now forgot the pword because she doesn't use it anymore. Can you give me a way to make it so I don't need to use the pword that I don't know without using the Wipe Handheld feature. Thanks!
