Shingles Virus Does shingles virus come back after you get rid of it?

shingles is in the family of viruses. (not all is ually transmitted, fever blisters and chicken pox is also in the family) once you get a virus, you will always have it. you may not ever have a flare up again, but you will always have the virus, and always have the chance of getting shingles again. hopfully the experience wasn't bad for you, i know they can be ruff. best thing is just be aware of the signs and symptoms, and know what medications/treatments you need in case another flare up occurs.
