HELPI'm pregnant am I in labor ? please help?

I'm 39 week's pregnant. I was 3 cm diolated this past wendsday. I also had my membrane's scd from my cervix this past wendsday.My mucous plug came out the next day(4 day's ago.) Now I'm leaking a clear sometime's yellow slime(3 day's now). & I've been having back pain for 3 day's.what's happening? do i goto the hospital?
