Summer vacation-- Hawaii or France?

You've never been to Hawaii before so you could have a new experience; when would you get this opportunity again? Who would you be staying with in Hawaii? In France you get to see your family and friends, you get a longer vacation and you go see everything you missed last time. What kind of summer do you want to have? France is more educational/ sight seeing and Hawaii is more relaxed and fun.
