Transpose MIDI signal?

Hello! I have a CASIO CTK-3000 keyboard with usb connection to a computer. I play normally clic piano with the standalone version of Pianissimo. Unfortunately I can't reach the lowest notes because the keyboard is with only 61 keys. My question is can I shift the octaves in some way?
