Where can I go to get Crosby's name and number put onto my Canada jersey?

I want to get Crosby's name and number put onto my Canada jersey. I live in North Delta, BC (a suburb of Vancouver) and I was wondering if there were any close-by places I could go to get Crosby+ 87 professionally put onto my Canada jersey. It doesn't matter if they do it there or they send it in, I just want it to look like a real jersey.
